    BeIN Sports

    The international network of sports channels in Qatar, beIN Sports (/ˈbiːɪn/ BEE-in), is owned and run by the media firm beIN in Qatar. It has contributed significantly to the growing commercialization of sports in Qatar. Yousef Obaidly is the CEO, while Nasser Al-Khelaifi is the chairman.

    In the MENA area, beIN Sports is the most popular sports television network. Additionally, the company runs channels in France, the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand.


    Sky Sports

    The most popular subscription television sports brand in the UK and Ireland is Sky Sports, a collection of British sports channels run by the satellite pay television corporation Sky Group, a Comcast business. Since 1991, it has been a key factor in the growing commercialization of British sport. It has also occasionally been a big factor in the organizational changes brought about by the sports it covers, most notably when it pushed for the Premier League's 1992 separation from the Football League.

    Through their joint venture, ESPN Inc., The Walt Disney Company (80% and operational control) and Hearst Communications (20%) hold ESPN, an American worldwide basic cable sports channel. Bill, Scott, and Ed Eagan started the corporation in 1979 under the name Entertainment and Sports Programming Network.[2]


    ESPN

    ESPN's main broadcasting locations are their studios in Bristol, Connecticut. In addition, the network runs auxiliary studios and offices in Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Las Vegas, Seattle, Charlotte, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas. As of March 5, 2018, James Pitaro is the chairman of ESPN, having assumed the role on December 18, 2017, after John Skipper resigned.
